1. Scope
KmerHosting may display or reference third-party names, trademarks, service marks, logos and product names to identify supported technologies, control panels, operating systems, payment methods, integrations, demo environments and social destinations. These marks remain the property of their respective owners.
A third-party mark appearing on KmerHosting does not by itself mean that the mark owner sponsors, endorses, certifies, operates, or is affiliated with KmerHosting. Any actual commercial, reseller, integration, or provider relationship is described separately where relevant.
Trademark and logo rights are separate from software copyright and open-source licence rights. An open-source software licence does not automatically grant unrestricted rights to use the project name or logo.
2. Hosting and control-panel marks
- cPanel® and WHM® are registered trademarks of cPanel, L.L.C. KmerHosting uses the cPanel name and logo only to identify cPanel-based hosting, related functionality, and the official cPanel demo environment.
- DirectAdmin is software provided by JBMC Software. KmerHosting uses the DirectAdmin name and official graphical resources only to identify DirectAdmin-based hosting, related functionality, and the official DirectAdmin demo environment.
3. Operating-system and open-source project marks
Operating-system names and logos may be shown to identify an available or compatible operating system. KmerHosting does not claim ownership of those project marks and does not imply project endorsement.

4. Payment and financial-service marks

KmerHosting may use names or icons for GitHub, YouTube, LinkedIn, Slack and X to identify KmerHosting profiles, repositories, community destinations, or links to those services. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement of KmerHosting.
Third-party photographs, illustrations, screenshots, artwork and other copyrighted material must be used under an applicable licence, permission, contractual right, or other lawful basis. Where a licence requires a visible attribution or specific notice, KmerHosting should provide it next to the material or in an applicable credits or notices section.
A general notice on this page does not replace a licence, permission, attribution, brand guideline, or other condition required by a rights holder.
7. Brand-use principles
- Third-party logos should be sourced from official brand resources where the owner requires official artwork.
- Third-party logos should not be recoloured, distorted, combined with the KmerHosting logo, or altered where the applicable brand rules prohibit those changes.
- KmerHosting branding should remain clearly distinguishable from third-party branding.
- Compatibility, availability, or support statements must be factual and must not be presented as certification, partnership, or endorsement unless that relationship actually exists.
- If a rights holder changes its brand or trademark rules, the current rules published by that rights holder control over this summary.
8. Rights-holder requests and corrections
If you own or represent a trademark, logo, image, or other copyrighted work shown by KmerHosting and believe that an attribution is missing, an asset is outdated, or a use should be changed, contact [email protected] with the affected page and the relevant rights information. KmerHosting will review the request and make appropriate corrections where required.
5. Social and developer-platform marks
