How third parties may refer to KmerHosting and use the KmerHosting name, logo and related brand assets.
Effective date: September 6, 2026
The KmerHosting name, KmerHosting logo and related brand assets are trademarks or other intellectual property of KmerHosting. These guidelines grant only the limited permission described below and do not transfer ownership of any KmerHosting brand asset.
Do not use a registration symbol such as ® for KmerHosting unless KmerHosting has expressly confirmed that the relevant mark is registered in the applicable jurisdiction.
You may use the KmerHosting name and official logo to accurately refer to KmerHosting, its products, services, integrations or compatibility, including in articles, videos, tutorials, reviews, presentations, directories and links to KmerHosting services.
Your use must be factual, proportionate and clearly secondary to your own brand or content. The KmerHosting logo must not be presented in a way that could reasonably make people believe your product, company, event, website or content is operated by KmerHosting.
Using the KmerHosting name or logo does not allow you to state or imply that KmerHosting sponsors, endorses, certifies, approves, invests in, operates or is affiliated with you unless KmerHosting has expressly authorized that relationship.
Terms such as “partner”, “official”, “certified”, “approved by KmerHosting”, “powered by KmerHosting” or similar claims should only be used when they accurately describe an authorized relationship.
You may use reasonable screenshots of public KmerHosting pages, documentation or interfaces for commentary, education, reviews or accurate product explanation, provided you do not expose personal information, credentials, private customer data or confidential material.
Screenshots should not be edited in a way that misrepresents KmerHosting functionality, pricing, security, availability or statements.
Use the official KmerHosting logo assets published by KmerHosting. The standard logo is available at https://kmerhosting.com/brand/logo-blue-transparent.png and the white-on-dark variant is available at https://kmerhosting.com/brand/logo-white-transparent.png.
If you need another format, resolution, colour treatment or a use not covered by these guidelines, request approval before creating your own version.
For uses not clearly covered by these guidelines, contact [email protected] before using the KmerHosting name or logo. Include where the mark will appear, the intended audience, the context of use and a draft or screenshot when available.
KmerHosting may update these guidelines as its brand and services evolve. If a use creates confusion, misrepresents KmerHosting or otherwise falls outside these guidelines, KmerHosting may ask that the use be corrected or stopped.
These guidelines do not limit rights or permissions that may exist under applicable law, and they do not create a partnership, agency, franchise or other commercial relationship.
